How Shipping Works

1. Wholesale shipping is calculated at completion of your order. We use live rates from our carrier partners calculated at checkout.
   
   
2. National delivery is usually within 3-6 business days of dispatch, but can vary depending on the carrier and your location.
   
   
3. Our wholesale orders are processed Monday, Wednesday and Friday (excluding public holidays) from 7am - 3:30pm AEST, within 2 business days from the order being received.
   
   
4. Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been dispatched. If you haven't received anything, please check your spam. 
   
   
5. In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To avoid any delays with your order, please respond to any email or phone call from our team.
